How to Use Your Catalytic Fragrance Lamp
Before First Use:
- Remove all packaging.
- Insert the wick into the lamp, ensuring the stone sits securely on top.
- Using the funnel provided, fill the lamp 2/3 full with fragrance lamp oil.
- Place the stone burner on top and allow the wick to soak for 20–30 minutes (essential for first use).
Lighting the Lamp:
5. Carefully light the stone using a match or lighter.
6. Allow the flame to burn for 2–3 minutes only.
7. Gently blow out the flame.
8. Place the decorative crown over the stone.
The lamp is now working — it will purify and fragrance the air without a visible flame.
Recommended Usage Time:
- Small room (e.g., bedroom): 20–30 minutes
- Medium room (e.g., living room): 30–45 minutes
- Larger areas: Up to 60 minutes
To Extinguish:
9. Remove the decorative crown.
10. Place the snuffer cap over the stone to stop the catalytic process.
11. Allow the lamp to cool before moving.
Important Safety Information
- Only use fragrance oils designed for catalytic lamps.
- Do not overfill.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not relight immediately after extinguishing — allow to cool fully.
- Never leave unattended while the flame is present during initial lighting.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
